If the ticket fails the verification step or the seller disappears, the payment is refunded automatically — full stop, no support ticket required.

Why does one search row show both resale and primary tickets together?

A single TicketNexus query returns TicketNexus seller listings AND Ticketmaster primary inventory on the same result row, ranked by total cost including fees. The cheapest seat at the seat level is the cheapest seat at the bottom line — we do not let a primary-platform teaser outrank a cheaper resale with the same section and row.

For paper/credentialed events the desk arranges hand-off or will-call pickup and gives you a confirmed time before you commit.
